Personal Bio for Neal Richardson Datta, Immigration Attorney

Mr. Datta has been practicing immigration law since 1992. For over two decades, Mr. Datta has helped thousands of individuals achieve their American Dream. He has successfully resolved seemingly impossible and complex immigration cases regarding employment, family, artist, and student immigration.

His firm successfully handles immigration matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and at U.S. Consulates throughout the world.

He represents clients in all immigration matters, including, but not limited to individuals seeking to bring family members, individuals facing deportation, companies petitioning foreign workers, and artists of extraordinary ability seeking performance visas.

Background

Mr. Datta was born and raised in New York City. He speaks Spanish fluently, and his immigration law firm is widely recognized as one of the most successful Spanish-speaking law practices in the region. As a native New Yorker and the son of an immigrant father, Mr. Datta is uniquely positioned to offer a powerful approach that is both professional and personal.

Education

After receiving his B.A. from Kenyon College, Neal received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1992. He practices law in New York and Connecticut and is qualified to practice before the Federal District Courts of the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Datta is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Experience
