FAMILY IMMIGRATION
Our firm has extensive experience in family immigration.

  • We have successfully represented numerous individuals in the processing of various visas for family members at U.S. Consulates around the world and at various District Offices in the United States.
  • When you retain our services, we will prepare all the applications and evidence required in connection with your matter. No matter will be overlooked. From our initial consultation forward, our firm will determine the appropriate immigration strategy for you, help you compile all the evidence necessary, and properly submit and prosecute your applications with the appropriate agency.
  • We will consult with you and act on your behalf to achieve your goal. In addition to preparing and filing the various forms required, our office will advise you on what type of evidence you will need to secure and present. We will explain both the relevant law at issue in your case and how and why each item of evidence is important. Finally, we will accompany you to any examination, interview or hearing and make sure that your evidence and case are properly heard and considered.
  • Our firm has represented clients with novel and difficult circumstances before the U.S. immigration authorities and U.S. Consulates. In particular, our firm has successfully represented applicants for adjustment of status who were severely handicapped, suffering from a terminal illness, confined to a hospital, convicted of various crimes, including drug crimes, individuals who had previously been ordered deported/removed from the United States, individuals with family members who had petitioned for them but were deceased, and women and men who were subjected to domestic violence at the hands of their U.S. petitioning relative.
  • Our firm has extensive experience in the preparation and submission of applications for Adjustment of Status and Immediate Relative Visa processing. As part of our services, we not only prepare all the forms required, we guide you in compiling and presenting the evidence you will need to prove your case to the USCIS, the Courts, or the U.S. Consulate.
  • We carefully review your current immigration status, your tax returns, bank account statements, and other evidence required in your case to insure you satisfy current government regulations and guidelines. Our office will also organize and index all of the evidence in your case for clear presentation to the U.S. Government.
  • If necessary, the firm will assist you in securing competent accounting assistance or other professional services in order to obtain the evidence necessary. Most importantly, we will accompany you and your relative to your interviews at USCIS and stay at your side throughout the process.
